Warranty, Repairs & Returns

Warranty
All Roof Cabin tents are supplied with a standard 2 year manufacturers warranty, covering faults occurring as the result of a manufacturing defect. In this unlikely event, we will repair or replace the faulty part for you. 

Unfortunately this warranty will not cover damage caused by usual wear and tear. The warranty is only valid if the installation instructions are adhered to properly.

Repairs
If required, we stock many spare parts for our Roof Cabins, so even if a your tent is damaged in or out of warranty we will try our best to help you get it fixed as quickly as possible. Please Contact Us in order for us to help!

Returns
In the unlikely event you wish to return your Roof Cabin, we accept returns in accordance with The Consumer Rights Act 2015.

The roof tent must returned within 30 days and in the same original packaging and unused condition in which it was delivered.

Return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the buyer, you can use our delivery partner for a cost of £150. If you choose to use our delivery partner the fee will be deducted from your refund.

Once your item has been received, your refund will be issued the same day, and can take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
